What Happy People Do: Knowing How to Live

Although it may not be the best, it is what I have; thus, I will get all the juice I can that life has to offer and sweeten it as much as possible. 

With this book:

• I will learn to live without hurting others or myself.
• I will live more peacefully in a world that is in permanent conflict.
• I will store the past and live in the present without endangering the future.
• I will manage to make life beautiful, even though ugly things will always exist.
• I will not be a failure when I fail; I will do good although I may not be good.
• I will change the ordinary into the extraordinary.
• I will know how to be content without falling into conformity.
• I will learn to discover the true purpose of my life.
• I will accept Providence without being fatalistic.
• I will not leave for tomorrow what I can do today, because the only thing I am owner of is the present.

All this and much more, because knowing how to live teaches us to find happiness without the need to go to find it.
