Club Directors: one thick gold stripe

• Teen/(Ranger, Voyager, Guide) Pathfinder students: no stripes
• Counsellor/Instructor, Junior Counsellor: one thin yellow stripe
• Deputy Directors: two thin orange stripes
• Club Directors: one thick gold stripe
• Conference/District Director: two thick gold stripes

NOTE: You must been an approved/registered club director to be able to see and purchase higher ranking Epaulettes
